$90 damage deposit to be returned at the end of lease IF there is no damage to the storage unit

Exterior Storage Rates

Pop up trailers/canoes/paddle boats: $35/month or Season Rate: $250 (yearly)

Cars/small pick up trucks/ATV's/Sea & Ski Doos: $45/month or Season Rate: $300 (yearly)

20-40' trailers/rv's, boats on trailers: $65/m or YEARLY SPECIAL $525 Prepaid ONLY (personalized parking spot!)

Anything longer than 40' is billed at an additional $1.75 per foot

Semi Trailers up to 43': $70, anything longer is billed at an additional $1.75 per foot

Space Guide - Approximations only:

5x5 (25sq ft): most often used by students or someone looking to store the contents of a single room

10x10 (100 sq ft): this unit generally holds the contents of a one bedroom apartment or student dorm with room for appliances. If packed tightly and there is no need for access, it can hold a small two bedroom apartment.

10x15 (150 sq ft): this unit will hold a small two bedroom home or medium two bedroom apartment. When packed tightly and there isn't need for access it will appliances as well. This is also suitable for small out door recreational water crafts or snow machines

10x25(250sq ft): these units will comfortably hold a three bedroom home with a single car garage, appliances, lawn equipment and sports equipment. Also suitable for ATV's on trailers, water crafts and snow machines. Some people opt to use this size for storing summer vehicles that do not require climate controlled space.

Insurance Information

Carp and Cardevco Self Storage cannot be responsible for the contents of your unit. Normally, your home insurers will cover the insurance on a rental unit at no extra charge. Please ensure that you check with your insurance company as to their policy on this. It has been our experience that just by asking, you will receive this service.

List of Prohibited Items

Absolutely NO combustible goods, gasoline, animals, toxic materials, plants, people or any other substance or item that is required by law to have a controlled environment may be stored on the premises of Carp & Cardevco Self-Storage. Violators will be prosecuted!
